In compliance with Italian Decree Law n. 196 of 30th June 2003 ("Regulations with regard to the Protection of Personal Data") we hereby describe the procedures of personal data processing with reference to the use of this website and the company online services available on


home page of the official website.

The statement applies only to this website and not to other Web sites accessible via external links.
The statement is also based on Recommendation 2 / 2001 of the European authorities for the protection of personal data who, in compliance with the art. 29 of Directive 95/46, adopted 17 May 2001, established the  minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to the users when they log on, regardless of the purpose of the link.

Place of data processing
Those data are processed in the above premises and are only handled by the technical staff in charge or other technical staff responsible for maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal information provided by users who send requests for information, clarification, requests for contact, etc. are used only to perform the service or the performance required.

Types of data processed
1. Navigation Data
The computer systems and software used to operate this website acquire, during standard operations, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. These pieces of information are not collected to be associated to specific individuals but, through processing and in association with data held by third parties, could result in identifying the users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers connected to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources required, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site and to verify the proper operation and will be deleted after 1 year. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of IT  crimes against the site.
2. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail sending to the addresses  listed on this site involves the acquisition of the sender's email address, which is necessary to respond to requests, and of any other data included in the message.

in this case no personal user data is taken from the site. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor we use  so-called persistent cookies of any kind which are systems for tracing users.

The use of so called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on your computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server), necessary to enable a safe and efficient website surfing. The so called session cookies are used in this site to avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of the users and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

Optional data providing
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free or not to provide personal data. Non communication of personal data may result in the impossibility to provide the service

Processing Procedures
For the purposes stated above, your personal data are processed by means of filing on paper, IT or electronic media in compliance with the relevant regulations, and in all cases in such a manner as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. Your data will be kept constantly up to date, and will be conserved for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and further processed.

Rights of interested parties
The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him are held, even if they have not yet been recorded, and the communication of the same in an intelligible form.
He is also entitled to obtain the updating, rectification or, if this is in his interest, the supplementation of the data as well as the erasure, conversion into anonymous form or freezing of all data used in breach of the law ( see art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) including those the conservation of which is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently used. The data subject is also entitled to object, in whole or in part ,on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data relating to him.
